Dimapur, June 20 (EMN): Mahindra Construction Equipment on Tuesday launched the Mahindra earth master, a four-wheel drive, besides PL Bagri and Co–a full range dealership with sales, services, and spares facility–in Dimapur.
It was inaugurated by Mahindra Construction Equipment’s national head for Sales and Customer Care, Jacob Varghese, at the Dimapur Municipal’s office.
Being a customer-centric company, Varghese said, it has always been the company’s endeavour to provide its customers with best in-class sales and service experience. The inauguration of PL Bagri and Co in Dimapur is in line with the company’s expansion strategy for Nagaland which is an important market, he said.
Expressing confidence that the company will continue to maintain its reputation in the state, Varghese said that the objective of the company is to launch at least two to three products by the end of this financial year.
The company had been considering venturing into construction equipment since 2008 and taking into consideration that the year 2015 to 2030 is going to be a year of infrastructure in India, the company has successfully inaugurated 61 dealers in the country including Nagaland, Varghese said.
Also, Varghese said this year the company will be embarking on ‘services differentiation strategy’ with the intention of targeting customers’ positive feedback. He maintained that the unique selling point of the company was its ‘lowest fuel consumption’ and that 100% of the engines are manufactured and designed in India.
The company announced that it will be offering an introductory offer for the next seven days for the Mahindra earth master for a flat Rs. 25 lakh.
PL Bagri and Co, located at Kalibari road, will have spares and services at the customer site any time in the territory of Nagaland. Along with sales and service facilities, the dealership will also provide facilities such as finance, exchange facility, and quick repair, among other facilities.
