Captain Kenguruse’s father Neiselie Kenguruse, in his address, thanked the country and particularly the Assam Rifles for annually organizing the Vijay Diwas in remembering the Kargil martyrs. “This day is also to celebrate our victory over the Pakistanis,” he said.
