Japukong Students’ penalty shootout held in Dimapur

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 22: The Japukong Students’ Conference on Saturday organized an open-penalty shootout at the State Stadium, Dimapur on Saturday with Dr Benjongliba, parliamentary secretary for Agricultre, as the chief guest. He encouraged the participants to strive for unity.
Sixteen teams participated in the event. Alongtaki Students’ Union emerged as the winners while KUT Lengrijan were the runner-up. They received cash prizes of Rs 20 thousand and Rs 10 thousand respectively. Arensashi of KUT Lengrijan was adjudged the best keeper.
