Institution heads guided to improve school performance

Dimapur, April 20 (EMN): One-day workshop on ‘Shaala Siddhi’, a self evaluation to improve school performance and to provide quality education to all children, a programme under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and organized by RMSA, Nagaland was held at Administrative Training Institute, Kohima on April 20.
Er. Limawabang Aier, State Mission Director, RMSA, who graced the inaugural programme exhorted the participants to honestly and sincerely fill up the school evaluation dash board so that the State Government and the Government of India can assist the problems faced by schools and find solutions to them.
During the workshop, resource persons Pipi Gloria Chishi, Principal of GHSS, Jalukie shared on the first four domains of the school standards evaluation framework while Y. P. Singh, Principal of GHSS, Phek presented the domains 5 to 7.
B. Nellayapan, Principal of GHSS, Bhandari gave a power point presentation of the School Evaluation Dashboard while Timothy Thong, Deputy Mission Director of RMSA and Nodal Officer, Shaala Siddhi, Nagaland presented on how to upload data from the dashboard to the National Web Portal.
Principals and headmasters from all over Nagaland attended the workshop.
