DIMAPUR, JUL 30 (EMN): The NPF and Youth Association of Nagaland have lauded and appreciated the Nagaland Police, especially the team of Dimapur Police led by S.P Liremo Lotha, Inspector Atu Zumvü and Sub Inspector Mhapeni,
who strived against all odds and tracked down and arrested the notorious cheater, conman Abu Sayed at North Lakhimpur Town, Assam who had swindled Rs 1.10 cr from gullible Naga women. The NPF press bureau in a release said this is neither the first nor the only case wherein residents of Nagaland have been duped by fraudsters and tactical cheaters for years, through various designs.
It also stated that this maiden case being tactfully cracked by the daring Nagaland Police who are second to none, with apt courage, which deserve appreciation from all.
While referring to the many instances wherein a considerable number of people from Nagaland had been duped by personals, agencies or companies in the like of Abu Sayed, and the culprits vanishing into thin air, leaving their careless, ambitious preys helpless; in many cases, with unrecoverable loses, it has advised to stop dreaming about making easy money and reminded the people that it is high time that we all realize the very essence of prosperity and self reliance and make our contributions through hard work and sincerity.
The YAN in a press release has acknowledged the untiring and painstaking efforts of the Dimapur Police Agency in making Dimapur and it’s surrounding a better, peaceful place while stating that everyone should give all credit to the police agency for the achievement.
The Association has further urged the SP Dimapur to take stringent action on Abu Sayed as per the law and deliver justice without any consideration. Meanwhile, it has also appealed the Nagas to be very cautious and aware in this kind of trap and to avoid earning easy money lure by doubling money, fake counterfeit note and false promises by recruiting agencies.
