DIMAPUR, FEB 22: ATMA Dimapur Wednesday distributed cell phones to farmers’ friends under new extension reforms. Altogether, 62 farmers’ friends representing different villages under the several blocks in Dimapur district were given mobile handsets along with SIM cards during a farmers’ orientation programme cum distribution of cell phones at ATMA Training Hall, Dimapur.
