In Matter of Development and All ; I Propose Tuensang to Be Number 1 District in Nagaland

To achieve the proposal as on the headline; number-1 priority is the road and therefore the road has to be like this:

Starting from Dimapur: the first city in Nagalim, the gateway to India and mini India; it reaches the governor camp via. Niuland from governor camp, follow up the Doyang river from the left bank, reach the area locally known as Naba, cross the Doyang river here: the most narrow portion in the whole length of Doyang river; reach Doyang Hydro Electric Project and continue to follow the project circular road on the right bank of Doyang upto the bridge over Tsubu river; bifurcate the road at any appropriate spot: one goes toward Mokokchung via. Pangti village; the other continue to go towards Tuensang from the right bank of Doyang; reach the Doyang bridge on Wokha Mokokchung road; cross Tsusu river just above its confluence of Doyang and then reach Akuluto to Lungkhim then Tuensang. The whole length of the road as stated may be approximately 160 kms. If some one suggest for construction of railway line to Tuensang, this may be one; because after constructing zigzag from Tsusu river to Akkuluto; then construction of tunnel from Lungkhim toward Tuensang, approximately 3 kms. The railway line could comfortably reach Tuensang. By the way when we talk about railway line in Nagaland; if I were some one in Nagaland; I would never mislead the Indian Government by proposing the construction of railway line from Dimapur to Tijit at the foot-hill of Nagaland; when Bengal-Assam railway is already there in a distance of 6 kms in radius. Is this railway line in search of Gold Mine? Instead of the proposed and most probably approved; railway line; it must be repeat must be like this: Dimapur to Governor Camp to Baghty valley to Tsurang valley to Longtho to Tuli to Tiru valley via. Naginimora to Tijit. The railway line goes all through the oil bearing zone and most firtile land in Nagaland… a mustard leaf grows a little less than 3ft. long. If the area is fully developed; besides the oil, the whole Nagaland could be fed by agriculture products of this area.

I therefore extend my most sincere appeal to the people of Tuensang/ENPE in particular and Naga people in general to (a) construct these roads and (b) also create a mind set to be one Naga:….. if ENPE could get a separate state in Nagaland; it is more better; but in place of tribalism; today the Nagas must create the mind-set of Nagaism.
