Hello folks,
I believe that life has so much to give if only we cared to give a little thought to the most minuscule of joys (which we’d find so much of) only if we’d stop looking at the looming discomforts and discontents.
So here I am, to share with you the simplest joys in my life as I have experienced some time in my life and those that I take as I face each day, at a time.
Of Raring Zeal
‘Don’t turn me away’ – not the words I heard spoken but what pleadingly screamed out at me through her eyes. A mother already at twenty, she now stands stranded at a break-up and annulment four years later.
Another, a grandmother at fifty four, is spurred on – brave and unflinching she steps up with an urge.
Miles of craggy hurdles covered, scrambling, crawling, on scathed hands and knees their dreams they pursue – offspring of them who spend their while wrestling in toil and labour.
Their sight is set – aspirants with the same intent, they strive toward a common goal –Enhancement!
Impassioned to advance with augmentation the sparkle of eager raring cannot be left unnoticed and disregarded.
Circumstances unfavourable, limitations of sorts, never looked upon as an encumbrance or deterrent; Ardor and fervent commitment, apt arsenal for the battle to be fought and won.
Successively I have had them parked at my threshold – each time inspected, examined, studied and pored over, I confer and furnish them with the best I have to endow.
Seeking fervently they find all the means to supplement that which they need to complement and transform themselves into. Equipped with a drive they reach their potential
Profusions of gratitude and thankfulness are dispensed – I smile back- not for what I could share, but for that they bestow; the better individuals who won’t stop at becoming who they want to be- from where they have come to be.
I am always left with a secret veneration for each of these, from whom a great lesson in life I have learned. No shortcoming, no inadequacy, no drawback is restraint enough to touch the sky.
