Dimapur, Oct. 10 (EMN): The Intensified Mission Indradhanush was launched at Wokha District on Oct. 9 which will continue till 16th of this month at 11 colonies in Wokha urban areas, 6 villages in Sanis block, and 12 villages in Bhandari block.
Pairson UNICEF consultant visited session sites at the urban areas on the first day along with CDPO Soren from the Social Welfare Department Wokha, Dy. CMO Dr. Tumchobeni, DPM (NHM)Matsung, BPM (Wokah Sadar) Viroko Thapo and media officer (NHM) Mhonbeni Ezung.
The press release informed that in order to effectively, make the programme a success, health personnel with support from Anganwadi workers and helpers will be carrying out house to house visit for the left out children and families.
