Dimapur Jan. 11: The three-day annual sports meet of Gorkha Students Union (GSU) held at Government Higher Secondary School ground, Half Nagarjan, Dimapur concluded on a high note with tough competition among the players in football and volleyball category.
During the closing ceremonial speech, Ganesh Limbu, president of Peren Gorkha Union, stressed on continuing such kind of tournament every year for the purpose of unity and better communication among the community and students.
He also emphasized on the need to preserve and contribute towards their culture and traditions. He further appealed to all the Gorkha elders, leaders, and seniors to be a part of GSUD in the future.
