Dimapur, June 19 (EMN): The Nagaland Governor PB Acharya has congratulated Nutlai Lalbiakkima for winning bronze medal at the Kazakhstan President’s Cup in Astana, Kazakhstan.
An updates from the Raj Bhavan on Tuesday informed that Lalbiakkima defeated the world number one boxer and Olympic champion Hasanboy Dusmatov to bag the bronze medal.
The governor, while expressing delight at the accomplishment, stated that Nutlai has made everyone proud.
“You have done remarkably well at such a young age. Our best wishes are always with you,” the governor said.
Acharya encouraged the young boxer to always aim high and continue to achieve success in his field.
