Fitness Festival 2017 draw inspiration

Performing Arts With Fitness (PAWF) Nagaland committed towards fitness in the State presented Fitness Festival 2017 on Saturday April 22 designed for physical fitness and encouraging individuals to unleash themselves and join the superior world of fitness.
Hundreds of fitness freak-young and old converged at Tetso Arena, Sovima Dimapur be a part of the Fitness Festival.
Fitness Festival 2017 featuring Talien Pongentsur, certified Zumba Instructor-Zin and Talitemjen (CRT) Certified Les Mills Body Combat, certified choreographer and chief instructor of Japan Karate Association (Nagaland) was supported by Body Combat-Les Mills Body Training Systems, Zumba Fitness and Tetso Arena.

Performing Arts with Fitness (PAWF) with the motto “The Power of Universal Energy” is a group of people solely dedicated to bring about something different and break the orthodox stereotype system of lifestyle in Nagaland.
Practising what they preach and trying their best to walk the talk even if it’s a big challenge for a society like Nagaland, the team strongly believe that ‘what we give out is what we get’ and therefore focuses strongly on the connectivity of good energy, positive attitude and healthy lifestyle. The team is headed by Talitemjen and Talien Pongen.
