Dimapur, October 27: The 5th ‘Health is Wealth’ Day (Sports Day) of Eurokids International School, Dimapur was declared open on Tuesday by Lieutenant Colonel Akhilesh Kumar, Officer Commanding (OMC), Assam Rifles on October 25.
In his speech, he emphasised ont the importance of “healthy mind” and ‘healthy body” that would develop “healthy thoughts” to become good sportsmen and also good in academics. He also lauded the effort of Eurokids School for bringing education to the next level through their unique teaching methodology which is very beneficial for the children in building their future. The parents were thrilled with the performance of the children and participated in the fun races organized for them. The winners were given medals and cups. The Principal, Sandeep K Jain expressed gratitude to the parents for their co-operation and to the management for their support at every step, according to a press release.
