Dimapur, Feb. 11 (EMN): The district election officers of Longleng and Kohima has informed that general observers and police observer for Longleng and Kohima districts have arrive at their respective station.
Any candidate and political party wishing to the meet the observers for clarification relating to conduct of the election has been directed to contact the observers between 11 am to 1 pm.
