Dzukou conflict: Process of constituting ‘judicial board’ begins

The Tenyimi People’s Organization (TPO) will be taking over the ongoing landownership issue between the Southern Angami Public Organization (SAPO) and the Mao Council.
Following the decision to take over the case, TPO is in the process of constituting a judicial board to resolve the issue.
On Sunday, a delegation of the Tenyimi People’s Organization, Angami Public Organization and Chakhesang Public Organization held a consultative meeting with the Southern Angami Public Organization and SAYO at the SABT Hall, SAPO building in Kohima. TPO reportedly asked SAPO and SAYO to suspend their restrictions on the Mao community in their area as it will be taking over the case.
