Dimapur, Jan. 17 (EMN): Basing on reliable source, Dimapur police raided M/S Zee Drugs Distributor, located at NL Road near Holy Cross point and seized a huge quantity of drugs.
This was reported by the Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Dimapur in the press release issued to Media on Wed.
During raid, the police confiscated 1,40,000 capsules of Spasorid Poxivon; 2,16,800 tablets of Alprozolam; and 1550 bottles of 100 ml Codectuss cough syrup, release informed.
The seized items were beyond the prescribed limit as per the govt. order, the press stated.
In this connection, one person idendified as Durga Rai (34) son of Ted Bahadur Rai of Ghaighat under Wdaipur district and currently residing at Thahekhu was arrested. A case has been registered for further investigation.
