Dimapur, Nov. 14 (EMN): Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Kovi Meyase has unveiled a Mithin statue and also inaugurated a toilet in the DC’s complex on November 14.
Acknowledging ICAR, Jharpani, for providing the statue, he has termed it as a pride for the district and urged the public to maintain with utmost care. He also thanked the legislators of district for providing LADF fund for construction of the toilet in the office complex. Terming the toilet as a necessity for the office goers, he called upon the users to maintain judiciously.
The programme was chaired by EAC (Sadar) Phek, Selemla S Sangtam. Office Superintendent, Thepuchiyi Nienu said the invocation prayer, while DB, Phek, Khuvotso Rhakho, gave a brief report on construction of the toilet. DPO, Phek, Kezungupe Tsuhah pronounced the vote of thanks.
