Dimapur, Jan. 15 (EMN): Wokha Town Yanthamo Women Sports Association, Mt. Morashen Old Riphyim, Tonki United Saron and Rising Star Forest Colony entered the semi-finals of the ongoing 4th Edition of Lotha Women’s Volleyball League organised by Wokha District Lotha Women Sports Association (WDLWSA) at the Wokha local ground on Tue. Jan. 15.
In the first match, Wokha Town Yanthamo women Sports Association defeated Rising Star Forest Colony 25/13, 25/09. In the second match, Mt. Morashen Old Riphyim defeated Etsutchukha Eloe Ekhung 25/15, 25/14.
In the third match, Women’s Club Wokha Village and Yanthamo Village Team vied for the consolation point in the league match. Yanthamo Village Team won the match 25/03, 25/04 but failed to reach the semi-finals.
Rising Star Forest Colony defeated Home Maker 25/22, 25/07 in the fourth match of the day.
