CTSU inter-school meet concludes

Chumukedima Town Students’ Union (CTSU) had organized an inter school meet from September 22 to 26 with Liremo Lotha, , Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, as the chief guest, and Rokovi Kruse, president of Chakhroma Students’ Union (CSU), as the guest of Honour.
Students from the 20 schools of Chumukedima town had competed in various events.
In the March Past, Godwin Higher Secondary School bagged the first prize while St. Gabriel School and Cosmopolitan School were declared second and third winners.In football (senior boys from Classes XI and XII), Mount Mary Higher Secondary School secured the first prize while Patkai Higher Secondary School and Mount Marry Higher Secondary School were declared second and third winners.
In the junior boys (Class VII to X), the Nagaland Police Central School secured the first prize while Mount Marry Higher Secondary School and Patkai Higher Secondary School were declared second and third winners.
In the junior girls (Classes from VII to X), Nagaland Police Central School secured the first place while St. Savio School and Patkai Higher Secondary School secured the second and third position
In 100 meter race (for Class V&VI boys), Beiyong from Government Middle School, secured the first position, while Somoya Gogoi from Patkai Higher Secondary School, and Deep from Government Middle School, secured the second and third positions.
In 100 meter race for Classes V and VI (Girls), Gitanjali from Government Middl School, secured the first position, while Samola from Shekenah Montessori School, and Rojia from Little Flower School, secured second and third positions respectively. In 100 meter race for Class IV and below (Boys), Azad from Cosmopolitan School secured the first position, while Shellem from Shekenah Montessori School and Obed Guria from Patkai Higher Secondary School, were declared second and third winners.
Winners in 100 meter race for classes IV and below (Girls), Savitri of Agape School secured the first position, while Sentikumla Shekenah of Montessori School and Litina of Modern School secured the second and third positions respectively.
In sack race for Classes IV and below (Boys), Shellem of Shekenah Montessori School was declared winner, while Mongmai Chungpong of Godwin Higher Secondary School and Lichan of St. Gabriel School secured the second and third place respectively. Sack race for Classes IV and below (Girls), Pongmai of Godwin Higher Secondary School was declared winner while Polokali of Gonyu Memorial School and Chatmei of Shekenah Montessori School were declared second and third winners respectively.
