Council of Nagalim Churches New Year Blessing Day

Happy New Year greetings to all the people of the land in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The Council of Nagalim Churches is making the 8th January 2017 (Sunday) a special prayer day for the Naga Nation. It is a day to thank God for all the blessing. He has been bestowing us all these years without ceasing. It is a day to praise our Lord for He is worthy to receive OUR praises. It is a day to give testimonies of the greatness of the Lord and magnify. His great name among the people. It is also a day to renew our faith in Jesus Christ as we worship Him in a special way. It is a day to pray for the wellbeing of one another as we receive New Year and New life from the lord. It is a day of giving blessing to all the members by laying on hands of His anointed ministers. Therefore, in this short period of time, we are making this notice to all the national workers and leaders to turn up to Council Headquarters Church, Hebron and participate in this Blessing Day.

Prayer will be the main feature of this program. By reclaiming the promises in the Bible such as “and my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” (Php 4:19 NIV) and Number 6: 22- 27; we will earnestly pray for the goodwill of all of the people. Beside it, there will be prayers of thanksgiving and praise. Some core prayer Items are : –

1. Will pray for the collective Leaders, Messrs. Kholi and Th. Muivah and all the members of the Collective leadership mentioning their names one by one.

2. The CNC ordained ministers will lay their hands on the heads of our leaders who are present in the service (calling them to the altar one by one) and pray and pronounce blessing according to the Bible.

3. Will pray for all the leaders/workers who are on duty in distant places (by mentioning their names).

4. Will pray for Heads of the Departments, calling out their names one after another (including NSWON and Widows’ Federation).

5. Will pray for Lungvibu and all Unit Commanders, by mentioning their names one after another.

6. Will pray for Ministries and Departments (in group or separately).

7. Will pray for all the Regions and their workers (in group and separately).

8. Will pray for the prisoners mentioning their names with all possible.

9. Will pray for the sick and orphans mentioning their names with all possible.

10.WiII pray for the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi and the Indian Interlocutor, R.N. Ravi, mentioning their names in a special way.

11.Will pray for all the Indian Leaders, especially MPs.

12.WiII pray for all the Naga legislators and Members of Indian Parliament.

13.Will pray for Naga students and civil societies/organizations mentioning their names and leaders’ names with all possible.

14.Will pray for all the Church bodies by mentioning their names.

15. Will pray for the pastors, missionaries, theological colleges and their students.

16.Will pray for the government bureaucrats.

17.Will pray for Indian Army and para forces.

18. Will pray for goodwill of the neighboring communities.

19.And many more.

It will be a great thing in life for all who can come to participate in this Program. Therefore, whoever receive this notice and invitation may come to this service.

Pastors of Churches who receive this notice may delightfully added this prayer items in their Sunday worship service.

May God help you and enable you to pray and praise Him and receive His blessing immeasurably. Amen.

Service will begin at 8 AM
Lunch will be provided after the service
