Clark centre prepares students to face challenges in ministry

[caption id="attachment_194536" align="aligncenter" width="500"] Resource persons with the participants during the workshop at Clark Theological College.[/caption] Dimapur, July 11 (EMN): Clark Centre for Peace Research and Action (CCPRA) has organised a workshop on inter-cultural relationship for the graduating students of BD and M.Th on July 10 at Clark Theological College. Resource person Arenla Mar, who is presently doing her masters in communication studies at Bob Jones University, South Carolina, USA has emphasised on two important areas namely culture and need for intercultural competence in today’s world and ‘barriers and assessment of intercultural competence. Altogether 78 students attended the workshop. The main objective of the workshop was to prepare the students to understand more about diverse cultures and communicate effectively as they face the challenges and pressures of diverse cultural practices, values, beliefs and lifestyle in their ministries, the press release from the centre informed.
