Itanagar, Jan 17: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has allotted portfolios to newly inducted three cabinet ministers. The new ministers were sworn in on January 15. Bamang Felix has been allocated the portfolio of PHED, while Alo Libang has been given the Department of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development.
