Body of fifth boy found

Dimapur, Aug. 8 (EMN): The body of one of the five boys, who were reported to have been carried away by torrential current in Tsutha River in Aghunato subdivision of Zunheboto district on July 29, has been found.

The mortal remains of the fifth drowned boy was recovered on Wednesday at around 9:00 am in the river, below Khuza town of Phek district, some 70 km away from Zunheboto town, updates from the APRO of Aghunato informed on Wednesday night.

It was informed that the deceased was identified to be one Kiutoba. The victim stated to be among four other persons torrential currents carried away in Aghunato subdivision.

The deceased was buried around 8:00 on Wednesday evening, on a wayside at Khuza town in the presence of the local administration and police, besides community leaders and members of the public, the APRO’s updates informed.
