BJP opens unit at Mangkolemba

Dimapur, Dec. 17 (EMN): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has opened a unit at Mangkolemba on Dec. 16 by hoisting the party’s flag at unit’s office at Zero Point by Bendang Longkumer, BJP president of the 29th Jangpetkong mandal, in the presence of party officials and workers.

Addressing the inaugural programme at the town hall, the chairman of the finance and development committee of state’s BJP, Temjen Imna Along and member of the party’s state executive committee Imjong Longkumer, claimed that the BJP ‘works within the constitution of India’ and that ‘It is not against any religion.’ They claimed further that it ‘fights against corruption, and sincerely works for progress and development.’
