DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 23: PRINCIPAL of Clark Theological College, Rev. Dr. Mar Pongener, today said one of the greatest benefits of our salvation has to be that of hearing God speak to us personally. He said it is never the Lord who is not speaking, but it is us who are not hearing.
Addressing the concluding service of the 12th Triennial Convention of Nagaland Baptist Church Council Women Department (NBCCWD) hosted by SABAK, Women Department in Pughoboto on October 23, Rev. Dr. Mar Pongener said Jesus speaks but not everyone is hearing or listening to Him and not everybody is opening the door of their lives for him to come in and have fellowship with God. He therefore said, “In stillness we must tune our spiritual ears to hear the voice of God.”
The last day of the convention commenced with morning devotion and small group sharing which was led by Rev. Ellen Konyak Jamir.
