Statingg that sports is closely related to health, he mentioned good health requires exercise.
“Games and sports participation discipline you and will overcome laziness, people who are lazy cannot play games and sports, you have to maintain and discipline yourself” says Nukhu.
Citing that walking is a good exercise, he urged the student around the school locality to walk on foot.
He however lamented that today’s youth lacks physical fitness, ‘even to join armed forces, today the youths (dropout from college or school) are not fit to qualify in the entrance test, as they cannot even jump 4 feet to qualify’ and further called upon the students to join in any activities, and practice regular exercise to stay fit to progress in all front.
He later declared the annual sports open. The sports week will conclude on March 31.
