Haflong, June 21 (PTI): The 100-hour Dima Hasao bandh called by the Indigenous Peoples Forum (IPF) from today morning affected normal life in the district. The bandh, which began from 5 am this morning, was called in demand of bifurcation of Dima Hasao district into two autonomous districts with creation of separate independent council.
