Dimapur, Aug. 12 (EMN): The Aghunato Range Kuposhukulu, Dimapur (ARKD) has strongly condemned the alleged assault on one of its membes, Kawoto Yepthomi, son of Nixuto Yepthomi, head GB Akuba village by fellow students numbering between 20-30 people inside Tetso College campus in Dimapur.

In a press release issued by the organisation president and secretary, stated that it is highly condemnable for a student to arrange a group of arrogant mobs with the intention to cause physical assault to fellow students just because of some minor altercation inside the campus.

The ARKD questioned the management of Tetso College for its negligence for allowing the crowd to enter inside the institute to intimate on a student who is a hosteller.

“Such a poor management of the highly reputed college will become an unprecedented,” the press note stated. The organisation urged the police and the administration to follow due process of law so that justice is delivered to the victim, ‘who is said to have been admitted in a surgery ward and is in serious condition.’
