2nd phase induction training for Mon concludes

Dimapur, April 28 (EMN): The 2nd phase of induction training programme for group B & C state government employees of Mon district conclude on April 28 at District Executive Hall, DC office Mon.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Mon, Shanavas C in his short speech said that, ‘we should not play blame game among us but instead we should be collectively responsible for the success and failures as a team’. The co-ordination among the employees is very important and we should always help each other, he said. Government servants should be well disciplined and sincere enough in their assigned duties, he added.
Deputy Director (Training) & Nodal Officer for ITP, Er. N.Moa Longkumer said age does not matter in learning so one should always keep learning and share whatever has been learned during the training programme. He thanked the District Administration, Mon and all the TOTs for the success of the training.
The main topics of the training focused on motivation talk, personal effectiveness, personal and organisational values and qualities of excellent employees, swachh bharat abhiyan, verbal and non-verbal communication, citizen centres behaviour, e-governance and UCT and problem solving and decision making, managing conflict, leadership and team building, time management, stress management, emotional intelligence, goal setting and field visit to neighbouring villages and District Hospital, Mon.
EAC, Mon, Tsenthungo E Ngullie chaired the closing programme. The induction training programme at Mon district was organised by Administrative Training Institute in collaboration with District Administration, Mon from April 17 -28.
